    Exactly as advertised with everything working as it should! The laptop was packaged well, shipped promptly, and was indeed only used 28 hours making it an excellent value given its retail price. It's always nervewracking buying hardware used, but there were no hidden surprises and blemishes are bordering on nonexistent (excellent condition).     Impressed me more than I thought.

    The hookup was relatively easy; the USB cord is a bit short compared to the power cord. All I have to do is crop my labels and send them to the printer with my saved setting (labels or barcodes). I don't like the hassle of switching rolls though, I sometimes do lose some labels because it tries to recalibrate for the new sizes. My labels do print out great because of the thermal mechanic and you save money on buying rolls instead. There is also software on the Zebra website to design your own custom labels if need be.

    Seems open box ,some parts were taken out

    would be nice to have instructions or disk in the box. 6 hours to scan the internet and program labels. Supposed to be just an open box , missing cleaning pen? MAYBE WHEN I GET ALL MY LABEL SIZES PROGRAMED IT WILL WORK OUT

    One of the greatest printers in the world.

    Greatest printer for labels of any kind. Great quality and a very fast print speed. No need for ink either! Zebra has high quality parts of any other printer I have used. I work for Amazon and all we use is Zebra. No doubt, they're the best.

    Great option for eBay

    I solely use this to print labels on eBay and it works amazing with one caveat. In my experience, printing from the browser pop-up creates a fuzzy label. Opening up the label in adobe reader prints a much clearer label!

    Excellent label printer

    I originally had a Dymo that worked ok for a while, until it started misfeeding and just fell apart. Then I bought this Zebra printer and have never looked back. It has made me countless labels and continues to perform flawlessly. Worth every cent.
