New scam is carriers must scan the bar code on packages which geo locates the delivery BUT there are no trackers so the carrier puts the package back in his bag and out the door they go. FOUR EBay packages disappeared on July 21, 2025. There is nothing USPS can do because the system shows it was delivered. Amazon-FedEx-UPS deliver flawlessly.

    All I needed

    Nobody is really using DVD players anymore for the most part. They are fazing out. Even Blu Ray players aren't being used too tough now a days. People are mostly into video streaming and other means of watching videos and movies . I didn't purchase this for watching DVDs. I needed an independent CD player for my music system, because I don't want to always have to play my CDs through my computer. So, instead of purchasing a DJ type CD player costing hundreds of dollars, I opted for this for next to nothing. It plays very well through my system and I'm very pleased. I have nothing to say, or know nothing about the features because I don't intend to play anything but CDs through it via my audio system and it works just fine for that.     Excellent for the money

    Basically a newer model of my older Sony DVD player, even my older remote worked on this unit. My only fault with this unit is there is no longer any kind of led display letting you know if it's on or off or how far into the DVD you are. Other than that it's a great unit and most important for me is that you can pause the DVD, turn the unit off, and it will pick up where you left off next time you turn it on.

    Very Basic DVD/CD Player

    I bought this very small space saving DVD/CD player to use as a CD player and it plays CD's just fine if you want to listen to the whole CD. I will be getting a used CD player to replace this DVD/CD player and just use it to play DVD's.

    Excellent little DVD player! Go with Sony!

    I bought this to take the wear and tear off of playing DVDs on my high quality, ten-year-old Magnavox VCR to DVD burner after my old stand-alone DVD player died. This one is an excellent deal for the price! You can't go wrong with Sony. It has features even my high priced model doesn't, but there are of course some that this one doesn't have. If you want a good, basic DVD player, with a solid remote, that's a breeze to set up if you have the open RCA plugs on your TV or another device that feeds into your TV, do yourself a favor and get one of these. I'm almost tempted to buy another one and keep it in the box since I have so many excellent movies on DVD but the players seem to be getting harder to find with streaming, I guess. I still have 8 track tapes and nothing to play them on.

    Small dvd player

    The Sony Dvd player is an affordable buy. It has features, like a slow-speed forward button. Its recall as to where the movie last played is excellent and it starts back up to that specific location when the movie is put in again. I think it is a excellent name brand and it has long durability.
