But, inside, my order was wrapped with a good amount of bubble wrap which was great. The shipping time was great and it was as described. I just can't test it because I have to replace a plug end. The was new as described but it did have some bend near the end of the tube that cracked as soon as a tried to straighten it. I was still happy with the product, I think shipping could have been better and faster but it was good quality ointment. I would have paid more to get it faster.
