    I messaged the seller prior to purchase to confirm the Akai MPC was brand new. Seller confirmed it was. Listing also stated USPS Priority Shipping w/ 2-4 day delivery to my location. I placed the order and the seller sent the item USPS Ground which added several days to transit time. The worst part was no effort made whatsoever to pack the item. It was a $900 instrument that arrived used in a dirty old box without tape or an effort to seal anything. Buyer Beware. Photos of used item below.

    I'm really sorry about the miscommunication about the FREE shipping option. It was originally listed shipping in a flat rate shipping envelope. It was shipped FREE via usps ground shipping. I'm sorry the box was abused by USPS, there isn't much I can do about that.
