Two issues: First, the delivery date changed more than a dozen times, often daily, from “arriving tomorrow”, to arriving in a month, to arriving two days earlier than the date I got the email. Very confusing and annoying; made it hard to plan. Second, in the photos, the colors in the rug looked softer, a bit muted.
