    This laptop is as described, looks awesome and looks brand new! Shipping was fast and it even arrived a day earlier than originally given by FedEx. The laptop was packaged in bubble wrap inside a box within a box, so was safe and secure.     Seems to have some issues, but printed pretty good.

    Not real sure how good or bad it is just yet, I have not had time to try out the printing . Did print 2 photos , and seemed to be ok. When you set it up to print 8x10, it only prints where it wants to. Guess I will try to set it up for fill the paper, and see how that works. I really do not like how long it took to set it up, even going through HP. Then had to set it up all over again. Dont waste your time using the ink that is in the box, its all dried out, and you just waste paper , seeing if it will print. Just buy new cartridges. Install them before you start to set the printer up. Until I work with it more, I gave it a 4 , will see how things go, before I change my thoughts.

    Lightweight

    It did not come with a setup manual. Going back and forth from computer to printer was very time consuming. Also, I am concerned it does not have an HP warranty. I thought this was "open box" Is it refurbished? Once setup, it works well.
