    Remote failed to learn code by professio...

    Remote failed to learn code by professional auto alarm installer with 30 years experience and the remote therefore is no good of no use to anyone. Installer easily programmed identical remote by another vender in less than 30 seconds which performed as expected. I am disappointed the remote you sent would not allow itself to be programmed.
