I think NUTRICOST is one of the finest brands of supplements on the market and I got this METHIONINE at a good price. Each capsule is 500 MG and you take two per day. So each serving is 1,000 MG. You also really have to drink a lot of water with this - between 8 to 12 ounces. Some studies suggest it may also help reduce hair loss and that is why I am here. I am taking it to ensure the health of my scalp. Will definitely buy from this seller again!
