    Unwilling to negotiate price whatsoever even though its clearly listed as or best offer and will completely ignore you altogether untill she hears what she wants to hear (pics provided). Customer Service SUCKS, like talking to a wall !!!!! Packaging sucks! Cheap bag! Shipping was pretty fast tho, even though it was kinda pricey. Not that she controlls that! That's the only nice thing I have to say about it!

    Buyer is mistaken, this item was not listed as "or best offer" (see original listing). Item was listed for $28. I sent an offer to watcher for$24. Buyer responded with concerns about shipping costs and I offered to make sure there were no mistakes with shipping that I could fix on my end. Buyer accepted my offer of $24 and purchased after I confirmed I could ship immediately. Item was shipped in a plastic poly mailer and no damage to item was reported. Price was negotiated & item shipped quickly
