Excellent Center driveshaft upgrade from the stock design!!!!A++++++++
This Center driveshaft is a must-have if running 3s. This drive shaft was my last upgrade on the drive line after the extra heavy-duty slipper clutch kit with metal pads and MIP heavy duty drive shafts. If you purchase this drive shaft it would be well worth your time to watch a few videos on YouTube Orr Reed some forms concerning sealing up the hole in the front of the chassis where the drive shaft comes out to connect to the front differential. This hole is a absolute disaster when driving off road in sand dirt and most importantly small rocks!!!! It is vitally important to keep your drive shaft area clean so the debris does not get caught in between your spur gear and pinion gear towards the rear of the vehicle and eventually make its way into the rear differential itself. There are many ways people have approached this problem so feel like educating yourself with all of the options would be the best route considering where you're driving and what you're driving through. Put a little thought into which method would best protect this area without allowing water or mud seep through and possibly not be able to Drain OUT for instances!!!:)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I consider this a must have upgrade!
Tekno is well known in the RC world, and for good reason - They produce very high quality products. The center driveshaft for the Slash/Rally 4x4 is prone to bending , and while a wobbly driveshaft might not bother some, I like to keep my stuff in good condition. Also, a bent driveshaft will wear out bearings and other associated parts faster (diffs, spur gear). The Tekno big bone center driveshaft alleviates one of the weak points of the Slash. It is strong, remains lightweight, and is not prone to bending like the stock driveshaft. Whether you are a basher, club racer, or somewhere in between, the Tekno big bone driveshaft is a great upgrade. Buy it. You will not be disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tekno big bone driveshaft
Well I installed the Tekno center driveshaft and there was a lot of play back and forth so I had to put a third little rubber o ring to tighten it up a little bit other then that it’s working so far I only got one run on it tho with a three cell lipo and it took it like a champVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
