    I ordered two of these couplers from this seller. However, they only shipped one. When I reached out to let the seller know I only received one, they messaged me back saying they had video of them packing and shipping the one item to me. So thank you for confirming that you only sent one, yet my order clearly stated a quantity of 2. I paid $51 for this order, and still haven’t received my second coupler. Messaging the seller is getting no results. Will never buy from him again.

    Not what I expected, but not bad

    I didn't read the torque specs on the rachet, so was unprepared for the max torque of 25 ft lbs. But I still like it and with it using less electricity than my air tools would still and will still buy another for a spare.
