      The box was kind of falling apart when I got it. More than likely that had to do with FedEx. But, inside, my order was wrapped with a good amount of bubble wrap which was great. The shipping time was great and it was as described. I just can't test it because I have to replace a plug end. Other than that, I think it's a great value.

      The product worked really well. The shipping was slow. The packaging was a little dented. The was new as described but it did have some bend near the end of the tube that cracked as soon as a tried to straighten it. I was still happy with the product, I think shipping could have been better and faster but it was good quality ointment. I would have paid more to get it faster.
