Great product-needs alert
The mic has the features as advertised- I love it! However what AKG fails to tell you in the description is you will need the Apple camera adapter with the power input for an iPhone XR or any other models I presume. It appears to get enough power from a laptop. The power from the phone alone is not enough to power the microphone. I found that out after buying a lightning to USB C cord for $29 that was useless; I had to spend another $25 for the adapter.
