    Fantastic Laptop

    The Retina display on this MacBook Pro is simply stunning. If you have never used one you will be blown away by its quality (color, pixel density, resolution). Other than that this computer has the usuals that you would expect from an Apple laptop, great glass trackpad, backlit keyboard, webcam, great speakers, etc. This MacBook Pro is very powerful and thin/light and I fully recommend.

    The unit itself arrived in excellent condition...hardly looked used at all. The price was acceptable and it was the same year model as my recently deceased MacBook Pro so all of my chargers, cords, and gadgets will work with the new one. My issue was with it's internal workings. I was not able to transfer my information/files to the new-to-me MacBook Pro. I had to take it to a local APPLE store and have their assistance in getting everything up and running. It seems APPLE ended their support of Yosemite OS in 2019 and MANY current security features and lots of software are no longer compatible...you know, little things like passwords, mail and iCloud.. I was aware the new-to-me MacBook Pro was running Yosemite OS but had no idea it would not work for even what little I need a computer ...

    For the skeptics, have faith

    I honestly was skeptical about this because let’s be honest making a big purchase of any kind would be frightening who know the type of computer they prefer (or any technology for that matter). It came not only on time, but they accepted an offer for $25 less. When it got here I updated the system and it had some little Desktop error but I looked up how to fix it and with the help of a friend I was able to reinstall Mac OSX and even update again properly and it’s up to date and I’m running my software editing programs with ease. Trust these guys because they even emailed me back in a very timely fashion with help even though my friend had already helped me. Thanks so much! -Paul Catania

    Outstanding Computer this Mac.

    We love this Mac. Very easy to use with excellent ergonomics and the display absolutely rocks. I purchased this Mac for my wife who is currently using a Sony laptop which has served us very well. I'm supposed to get the Sony after she is done with her current courses. I'm afraid she is in for a rude awakening. I don't want to give this Mac up for the Sony. I highly recommend this computer for its clean working environment that is second to none.

    The Best Overall Value Macbook

    I’ve had my Macbook Pro for a couple weeks now and it runs great. No lagging issues and can handle Garageband and multiple Chrome tabs open at once. Apple products age very well. My only issues with it are this: The laptop does run a bit hot when using for a long time, maybe 2-3 hours. The battery didn’t last as long as I hoped but, the newest update of macOS Catalina 10.15.5 this month made it much better! Keep in mind this is just specific to my Macbook Pro. Overall, I love it and it holds a good value for it's price!
