This is used printer. The scanner works but there is some issue with printing and copying as inks do not come out. I don't have time to fix the issue and so I just purchased a new printer recently. Anyone interested in printer project or just need scanner, this might be the perfect one for you. There is high possibility the ink issue will get fixed if you know how to fix such issue with any printer.

Uses up expensive ink quickly.
Product was reasonably priced, easy to set up, and produces good quality printing/copying/scanning. I am a residential user (light use, maybe once weekly, not a business) and the printer seems to go through ink quickly, and the ink is very expensive. You can almost buy a new printer for what a set of high capacity ink cartridges costs, and that is ridiculous.

Printer did not print.
We bought this printer to replace the same model we already had that kept getting a machine error. This new/used printer would not print. It turned on and the paper went through, but no ink made it to the page - got blank pages.. I ran the clean print heads many times. Did not work. Put in brand new ink. Still did not work. Finally had someone do a head clean by removing it an flushing it. Worked a little. Took the printhead from this printer and put it in our old printer and it seems to be working for now.

Love this printer, and am planning on gifting another one for Fathers Day, however was really easy to set up for most items in my house but my laptop took 3 hours to get it to recognize, but once I figured it out, it is the best printer I ever had! I absolutely recommend it! :)

Inexpensive wifi capable small business printer.
I purchased this after looking at the printer in the office supply stores. I am very happy. The negative reviews are not understandable to me. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. Print quality is very good and the ink is not too expensive to replace- a big drawback on some inexpensive printers. Great deal and very happy.
