Two days ago I tried to file a claim with the courier, but I was told that the seller blocks this feature and to reach out to the seller, which I did. I received a response within 30 minutes apologizing and a promise that a replacement would be expedited to me via another courier. I received the package yesterday in excellent quality and new condition. Great service and value!
