    While the service was excellent, the seller verified with me information to make sure the part ordered would fit. Came quickly, item was as expected. Part fit my 2012 Honda Pilot as verified. Only issue is this part is not an OEM product as advertised but came in Honda part bag. OEM part removed from my vehicle consisted of 2- 14mm bolt heads. This part came with a 13mm and 14mm bolt head. Also original OEM had markings as seen in photo, not on part ordered. Very professional seller.

    No issues with the seller but the delivery company was the issue. I got a notification of my front door camera of the delivery and you can see the delivery guy literally “ toss” (more like throw) my package on my concrete stairs didn’t even bother putting it closer to my door step.
