The Marvel Super Heroes 2.0 Spider-Man play set is a Disney Infinity adventure based on the "Ultimate Spider-Man" cartoon. In New York City, Green Goblin unleashes a virus that turns citizens into symbiotes. This attack leaves your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man and his friends as the only force that can stop the villain. This play set coordinates with any version of the Disney Infinity 2.0 game. Compatible games include the Windows, PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U versions. Included in the Disney Infinity play set box are two toy characters: Spider-Man and Nova. These toy figures are made from high-quality plastic to stand up to wear and tear. They look just as good on a bookshelf as they do in the game, and both characters are sculpted to look exactly as they do in the cartoon. Spider-Man's toy resembles the teen hero's red and blue costume while Nova dons his black and gold armor. In the game, both heroes have access to all of their heroic abilities. Spider-Man has his super strength, making him able to knock out foes in just a few punches. He can also web swing around New York. Gamers have praised the web-swinging mechanic as one of the best out there of all the Marvel Spider-Man games. As he glides through the air, the character even does midair tricks and spins. Nova's primary attack is to shoot a powerful blast from his hands. To get around New York, he can fly at supersonic speeds. This Disney set also features the voice actors from the cartoon. Drake Bell reprises his role as Spider-Man while Logan Miller voices Nova. You'll also hear Greg Cipes as Iron Fist, Caitlyn Taylor Love as White Tiger, and Ogie Banks as Luke Cage. There are even a few celebrity voices in the game as well. J.K. Simmons, the actor who portrayed J. Jonah Jameson in the movies, voices the character here. Likewise, Samuel L. Jackson portrays his character of Nick Fury. The content in the Spider-Man box set takes the average gamer about four hours to complete. The story begins with a short tutorial as the heroes battle the evil Mysterio. Afterward, the Green Goblin unleashes the Venom symbiote on New York City. It's up to our heroes to contain this symbiote before it infects every citizen in the city. You'll battle across New York City in two different mission types. Players can find themselves either battling waves of enemies or defending a VIP from harm. There are also additional crossover missions letting you play as Avengers characters like Iron Man and Hulk. Once you finish the story missions, you can use the Infinity toys in any other set. Compatible toy sets include all the Marvel sets and even sets based on other Disney movies. This Disney Infinity box set is fantastic for gamers and collectors alike. The high-quality figures of these great Marvel characters double as both game accessories and collectibles.     Fun!

    My kids love these characters and the fact that you can play a new level. The figures on their own are pretty great, Nova shoots energy blasts and Spidey uses his web line ability for ranged attacks, where he can stun enemies and pull them closer to him.
