It just works
I inserted the ink cartridge in the proper slot, let the printer do what it needs to do to activate it, and then generated a few test prints to make sure it works.

Emergency help
Genuine Epson inks for my v. old but fully functioning printer are hard to come by now. Even at this price this is not a bad deal, and will help me to print B&W beyond the disappearance of all genuine colour inks.
