      The product I received is in excellent condition, exactly as pictured and described. The seller must know that these phones are quite durable, as the packaging was extremely lackluster and thin. The packaging was a haphazardly slapped together using an old amazon bag, and one strip of potentially reused packing tape. Super ugly but still got the job done I suppose. Either way, the item that I purchased is perfect, and arrived in 100% working condition.

      Received very quick and good deal but package was torn open nearly 3/4 of the envelope which exposing one of the filters that was not in the bag (Seems to have scratched damages on rubber seal). However, when I installed them and turned on the vacuum, seems to be working fine so I decided to keep it without the hassle of complain to seller. Package should have been at least bubble wrapped But I guess I can live with it since I got new OEM items as described. Overall, this transaction went well.
