    Our local postal deliverer returned package to sender because they were afraid of our blue heeler puppy that was in the yard. Seller made contact with me after return of package and graciously agreed to pay the bill of resending pkg. Package was again received on time, puppy put into our house, and all ended well.....this time! Would definitely order from this seller again! Very cooperative and easy to communicate with.
