If you want to own and play all of the core Metal Gear Solid games, this is your chance!
All of the core Metal Gear Solid games before the fifth one in one beautiful package, including the old MSX computer titles that started the franchise: Metal Gear, and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. If you are a die hard Metal Gear fan I highly recommend this product, and if you are a casual fan that just wants to have a sampling of what its all about this is for you too. On the first disc it contains the original 8-bit Metal Gear games that were never released in the US, the High Definition versions of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Disc one contains Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. The package also contains a digital download code for the original Metal Gear Solid and it's companion Metal Gear Solid: The VR Missions. In addition to the games themselves, if you put disc 2 in a Blu-Ray player, you get access to the Digital Graphic Novels for Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2, which are basically just animated comics that play like a movie and are voice acted by the original actors from the series. There is only one con that I can think of to mention. You have to have an internet connection, and a Playstation Network account to get the first Metal Gear Solid and the VR missions. This might be just a nitpick, but this is arguably the most important game in the series but it's not included on one of the discs, and you need an internet connection. If you have none of these things, don't buy this collection solely because you want to play the original. I would have liked them to just put the time in to making it appear on one of the discs like the 8-bit MSX Computer games are, but that's just an opinion. I didn't have any problems with it.

Great game
I thought all the games were on disc and was disappointed at first to find they weren't all on the disc. I mainly bought it for the first metal gear they had on playstation and got disappointed it wasn't on a disc. After taking a closer look I relized I have to download it with a code provided and unfortunately fore I don't have Internet either. But I will just take it to a friend's for that. Love the game otherwise thanks

Best MG collection.
This collection bundles just about every single Metal Gear game, nice and neat into a single package for PS3. If you've been wanting to play all of these beloved games once more, or new to the series, you'll definitely get your monies worth with this collection! As long as you love stealth combat and espionage, you'll love these games! :) Don't forget to play the Raiden game and MGS5 after these! They're sold separately, but still amazing and worth the buy!

The perfect metal gear game for a hard core fan!
After playing MGS 5, I feel like i should play the prequels and see how much the games has changed. MGS 4 is my all time favorite! The rest are very fun to play and enjoying the scenes of the game! My personal favorite would be MGS1 on PS1. Make sure to buy the game NEW so you can get download code for MGS 1 and VR missions!

The game’s is great shape and packed well. The discs look brand new and all of the items are in it. I have around 15 hours gameplay sofas and it runs perfect. It even came with a small thank you card for the purchase, which was a sweet touch. All-in-all it was a great first purchase experience on eBay.

Exactly what the title says. Included in this package is every game that Hideo Kojima has directed besides the newest addition which came out after this package's release (Metal Gear Solid V). For the price, 7 games and extras are definitely worth this definitive experience in gaming.

Worth the money
It was difficult finding a new copy of this game. After hearing from someone that it was on sale for like $26.00 for a new and sealed copy, I jumped on that opportunity and I do not regret it one bit. Huge fan of Metal Gear and I am finally glad to have this in my collection.

I think the title says it all. HD versions of the best games, almost all of the games, in the MG franchise on a couple discs in Cool looking packaging. Honestly I just wanted to play Snake Eater again in HD, but decided they were all worth another play through. Worth the money by a long shot.
