    They sent the product quickly and they refunded my money without hesitation. They seem like good vendors that make an affordable product with a surprising number of features for the price. They’re a good a bunch and I’d buy from them again if they had something I wanted. I never saw the bike. I changed my mind on getting it almost immediately after purchase and the vendor instructed me to refuse the shipment when it arrived instead of cancelling the order. It didn’t make sense to me.
