    It runs and runs and runs!

    Wouldn't work for an entire apartment (as expected) so be prepared to buy multiple if you need. We were looking for a fan and a highly rated purifier combo. For being a refurb, this seemed brand new! I am ready to buy the first filter after about 6 months of use, and we have a long hair large breed dog, so I'm impressed! I was scared to keep it on for long periods of time of fear that the motor might break, but this thing has been going strong for a few days at a time! I like to give it a 24 hour break every 5 days or so.

    Louder than expected

    It is louder than I expected. The design is sleek, however there is no easy way to pick it up. The instructions say do NOT lift by the top loop; I suggest it needs 'hand holds' at the base. The instructions show attaching the Remote Control to the top; but there is no 'docking bay'. The adjustable speed and sleep timer are nice features.

    Better Than The Rest for Awhile

    Received 35 days ago, and have been running the unit every minute of everyday since! No problems. Very quiet up to the "6 speed" setting, but still more quiet than a typical fan on the "10 speed". Love the design. Update: August 2022. After over 6 months, the unit cuts off 2X per day with code "F3". And I replace the filter as recommended. Guess that's what happens with "refurbished" appliances. I still like it; not upset, but just wanted to provide an update.

    Dyson fan

    This fan/filter is the way to go! This is my second one. My first one I had basically ran 24/7 for 6 years so I’d say I got my money’s worth out of it and it was a refurbished one like this one. I’m looking forward to years of service from this fan/filter as well. They filter the air very well!

    Refurbished and wonderful

    Factory refurbished to spec so it works great and is affordable. It is a great value for people like me who want to buy Dyson products, but they are too expensive for me to buy brand new. These refurbished models gave me the opportunity to purchase a great quiet and efficient air cleaner and a great low price.
