The item shipped out of their Chicago warehouse, box took a couple scrapes as the item weighs 35# but it is surrounded with 1/2" or thicker hard foam and not a scratch. I am very pleased with the quality of the Enclosure and even a pal is probably going to order one after seeing my pictures. I do recommend the seller, and shipping came quickly. If I need anything in this sellers store as time rolls on I will consider buying through them.
