Amazing SSD for the price
With a SSD with these types of speeds and a 3 year warranty you can’t go wrong, this was the fastest my computer has ever gone through installing windows, usually it’ll take over a hour but with this it took just minutes. Start up was just as fast as it turned on within seconds and everything was already loaded in when it was one while with a standard hdd it would take about 10 seconds to load everything in. The Adata SSD
I bought an Adata SU630 240GB SSD about 3-4 months ago. It's being used to store my music library and some photos, and has been working great until just now. Here's the catch. So yesterday, I put some photos into a folder, came back a few minutes after, and looked for the folder. It has dissapeared. I tried putting images into another folder, and this one had also vanished soon after. This drive still had about 10-20GB free. Best cheap upgrade
I've used many different SSDs over the years. Aside from one or two really poor quality ones, there is little difference from one to another. This is a good quality SSD for a great price. Good Drive So Far, Poor Utility Software From ADATA
I replaced an existing 120GB drive with this one and had no issues. The drive itself is very good so far (same fast loading times, no issues with cloning the original to this one). However, I took off a start because the ADATA driver software appears to be terribly buggy and doesn't help much. It's also not user-friendly. The ADATA application is small yet somehow takes a LONG time to open when running, then has crashed multiple times when trying to verify disk settings or use special features. I finally just gave up and removed it. I do recommend the drive so far but don't count on using the available utilities. Great Little SSD with Solid Performance at an Unbeatable Price...
A solid little SSD. Works great as a Windows 10 boot drive. It has slightly slow read/writes than an 860Evo or WD Blue SATA SSD. That being said, the price difference more than makes up for the speed. So right out of the package you can tell where cost was cut. Housing is fully plastic and light as a feather. However, the electronic components are likely all fine. This is a great product, actually this is my second one and they both perform flawlessly. Speed wise they perform much better than expected and installation was a snap.
