    Excellent product with many features

    I knew what I was getting before I ordered it as I had used one before. While this was sold as open box it did not look like it had ever been out of the box. It performs exactly like I wanted it to. It is an excellent replacement for the Keurig I used to have.

    Great Ninja coffee/tea maker

    Purchased this coffee/tea maker due to adding a property and know how great this appliance is! Purchased at a very good price due to being an "open box". There was a small chip on the top of the machine and the piece was in the box, so it was fairly easy to repair.

    Much better than the Cuisinart Grind 'n Brew in my opinion. That is what I just replaced with this unit. I love this machine's versatility for different brew strengths, hot or cold coffee and tea, specialty drinks, and the built in milk frother.

    LOVE THIS TYPE OF COFFEE MAKER

    I love the way you can make ANY size cup you want and don’t have those darn plastic k cups to buy or deal with.. Works like a charm... Once in a while there is some liquid left in the filter... but that only happens when I use the filter twice and put more grounds in... sometimes not...
