That is to say 14 cm extra fabric looped around my leg with more than 3 inches to step out of the closed shoe. I'm size 11 in U.S. this is for a heavier person than I. I can remove it from my foot, while holding the tabs shut. If I don't hold them, they fall because they are too loose.
