Hang On GP was a terrible disappointment in the Saturn. While things seemed bad and like the system would not enjoy of a solid bike racer, with Sega Ages skipping Super Hang-On, Sega had an exhilarating racer in arcades across the globe.
Daytona USA saw a rushed port and Circuit Edition saw the gameplay be undermined forever. Sega Rally was the only arcade racer worthy of Sega's history until Manx TT was brought over. Despite the studio porting it having no real catalog of games, the port was surprisingly good with great FPS and controls. The graphics were good enough too.
The only "shame" of the game is a lack of more home console-targeted material. It's a bit barebones but it does have replay value - something F1 Challenge/F1 Live Information severely lacks. Manx TT is definitely worth a purchase and an added bonus is a JP game will play on a US system and vice versa!
