    Great old school rugged phone!

    This phone is great for the person who wants a rugged, durable, larger than most flip phones! The bigger size, large buttons, external button features and good volume range are just what I need. It's even waterproof to 6' for 30 minutes. That means if you have a mocha meltdown on the phone, you have a very good chance for a complete recovery! The only drawback is the tiny icons and header script on both screens. The font size options are wonderful, plus I enjoy the 24 hour clock. This phone performs very well for a flip phone and am quite pleased!

    Very difficult to use as a flip top phone

    Sim card needs to be with every one of the phones because of the difficulty matching one sent from Verizon to the phone. Went threw three and had to send the phone back. If these phones arte new they should cone with a sim card in them from the factory.

    Great replacement for the 3G version.

    Just retired the 3G version of this phone. This model is 4G. Be careful, if you are considering ordering the 3G version, Verizon will not activate a new 3G phone on their network. If you have a existing 3G, it is grandfathered. This phone has more features than the older model. Big improvement for sending text messages. Same heavy duty feel of older model, might be a little thicker. This was a good upgrade.

    Nice little phone

    Got this phone for my husband and while there are certain features (better audio quality; able to receive more photos and videos better, etc.) there are some negative aspects as well. Such as short battery life, and such a long pause when texting letters if the next letter is on the same key you just pressed before. We are still "flip" phone people in our house and don't need all the bells and whistles of a smartphone and other than what I mentioned previously, this is a good little phone.

    I got it as a like replacement for someone that doesn't want to change to Android phone. Although it's the an identical model it has a rugged protective rubber style to it with upgraded guts. Since it was unlocked it was as easy as putting his SIM card in. Everything arrived in a sealed box and it looked brand new with sealed accessories, peel plastic protective screen cover... Everything but a SIM card & owners manual which is downloadable. He seems very happy with it. I know I was.
