I bought expensive shower doors from her and much to my horror, upon approaching the final faze of installation, I found no handles for the doors. I contacted the seller and she said no problem and that she would fix the issue. And sure enough, within days of my contacting her, the handles were delivered to my door by UPS. And I incurred no additional costs. You're in good "white glove hands" with this seller!!!
