    I guess I'd categorize this one as a "Super-Positive" experience. The price was more than acceptable. It shipped fast. It was packed well. It was in a pink anti-static bag and sealed well. And then, UPS smooshed it. The smooshing was much more than what you'd expect normal smooshing to be. And the contents were damaged. I took a photo and asked what ARC Electronics wanted to do hoping for another try. They didn't have one and promptly refunded my money. I'd buy from them again!!

    It worked great

    It worked great and thank god I had a copper gas line that had a small hole in it and was about to break. The only thing i had a problem with is i could not get the alarm from going off when it was cranked wide open no matter how long i left it in clear air to zero out. But it did its job and I'm happy for that.

    Great leak detector

    Found small leak in propane connection . You have to follow directions letting detector warm up and adjusting sensitivity to a slow beep when leak is detected beep rate increases . This works like much more expensive detectors at a bargain price.
