The flaws are pretty obvious and significant enough that I don't feel like I can give this as a gift anymore even though I've already purchased it. But it arrived quickly, was packaged well, and the book is still legible so I won't give a negative score, but the item quality did not match the picture nor the description which was unfortunate. The packaging also was very good, and he even packed the sets separately in what appears to be light shielding packaging to protect the stamps from the sun.
