Unknown to the seller (as indicated) the transformer did work but the horn button did not function. I removed the cover to inspect it and found the top plate broken. There was no reason for the seller to suspect this since it was well packed and arrived in tact. This, as well as horn problem, is repairable and I would do so. The seller, without obligation, issued a partial refund. Great value for price paid. Exceptional vendor to work with. THANKYOU
