I received the zappers wrapped in brown butcher paper and they were scuffed and dinged. I reached out to the seller and they were dismissive and attempted to gaslight me. I buy from plenty of small businesses and herbal companies, but this is the first to assert that I am the problem when their listing doesn't match what I receive. Customer was able to send the item back free of charge for a full refund. eBay recently added listing options like “new in box” or “new without box,” so after this complaint, we updated the listing to match their new format.
