    First off, I noticed in the picture of the item I purchased it read 10AWG on the wires, even though the listing read 8AWG. I said I wanted to make sure the listing is correct and he said yes the text on the listing was correct and it was 8AWG wires. I received the item, and I was incredibly shocked to realize , after all that, they still sent me 10AWG! So they sent me a replacement in the correct size. Unfortunately one of the 4 connections was not even soldered. They refused to help! Unreal!

    False. This is an impossible customer. Constantly complaining and losing money non stop so I simply said to return both for a refund since I gave him a free one as it is because he was already being that impossible to please customer.
