      sent the wrong item, no reply when we messaged about it or offer to send the correct item we purchased or even a prompt refund at minimum would have been nice. Had to wait for ebays process to get refunded. Realizing we all error sometimes is human, but buy ghosting a buyer when the mistake was clearly on your end and then providing awful customer service shows the true content of the character behind the sale. Looks like errors happen quite regularly with this seller use caution

      We definitely made a mistake on this one - we own that. You opened the return request, we approved, paid for a return label and refunded you the day the item was received back by us. We searched your username and do not have any messages from you in the last 90 days. We made the mistake but are not sure exactly what you expected us to do to reconcile the mistake. These are ebay's rules and processes that we have to follow. Attacking character based solely on assumptions is dangerous.

      It is not what we expected you to do, it is what your moral compass should of directed you to do. Contact the buyer right away, maybe apologize? offer a solution, such as sending the correct item or an immediate refund. not make a buyer wait until the incorrect item you sent is returned back to you, pictures of the incorrect item were sent along with the email you claimed to have never gotten. Sorry it had to come this to even get my first reply from you and it does show your true character
