He said he would send me another and stated themat I ordered only (1).....which is NOT TRUE!!!! I sent the seller a pic of the "order receipt that stated (2) was ordered. Unable to get any help. eBay Artificial intelligence tells me that there is no order created so they can’t help me with anything.  so unless something changes, I am out for the full price of the item.
