The tray was described as NEW! Now seller is saying it is used. She refused to send me a return shipping label saying it was her policy. Due to the fact that it was not described with a chip I believe she should provide a return label. I am stuck with a chipped tray due to the cost I would have to pay for return shipping. As listed in the title, this piece is vintage. It is nearly 100 years old. As you said, the chip that you saw is on the bottom of the platter, and only visible when turning it over. The chip cannot be seen from the top or front, while it is on display or in use. I did apologize for missing it, but it does not effect your intended use for a birthday party or its beauty.
