    Nice Advanced Transmitter

    The good: A lot of advanced nice features and capability. Easy to use if your familiar with Android. Airware app can be updated over wifi. Easy to import models from previous Spektrum radios. Good solid feel in your hands and the ability to adjust with additional pad change out and gimbal changes. The not so good: Battery capacity has to be managed by putting it in "sleep mode" though unlike older radios. Touch screen changes to easily if you just accidentally touch it at times. Charger does not come with it but you can use a 1.0 to 3.0 amp USB charger with the cable supplied.

    Mutch better than the ix12

    I was very skeptical, but the transmitter is better than expected. Model data from the DX-18G2 could be easily imported. The hardness of the throttle-stick and the rear encoders had to be adjusted. You will not be happy with the factory setting (hard and inaccurate) If you are familiar with spectrum transmitters of the old generation, the Android control app is practically self-explanatory. What I have seen so far, Spektrum has done a good job. For the price of this device, this must be the case!

    Love it

    Its pricey and maybe I'm just a Spektrum fanboy, but it feels great in my hands, the gimbles are super smooth, and the android based user interface is amazing. My hands are on the larger size, I have to buy the XL size nitrile gloves at harbor freight, but I can see if you had smaller hands like medium or small, you might find this a little too big for hybrid pinch type of users. I also have an ix12 and this just improves everything that the ix12 can do. I was able to Bluetooth connect the two remotes and uploaded all my plane settings to the ix20. If I could go back and only buy one, it would be the ix20. Already have a couple dozen flights with out issue using this transmitter. I haven't used any other brands except for jr and frsky, but I am pretty confident with saying that this is the ...

    A true flagship transmitter

    You can tell from the second you take the iX20 out of the box that it is the flagship Spektrum transmitter. It’s quality is incredible, the touchscreen is fantastic and I think it solves all the issues the iX12 had. So far, it’s fantastic and I am impressed every time I use it.
