Once dispatched to FedEx, the monitor made its way here pretty quickly and was decently packaged for a CRT. The photos were just as described but I did notice some phosphor damage on the CRT - but that is expected with age. Communication could have been better but they did cancel and allow me to purchase the monitor after I used the wrong payment method.
