    Solid and powerful

    I am a network tech, as such I deploy numerous APs, routers, and switches. To date the Dark Knight has been the most trouble free, and with the addition of DD-WRT firmware, the best of the bunch. I know there are newer, and supposedly better, APa out there but I'm sticking with this one for the near future.

    A needed improvement

    Bought this to replace an older router and to increase the wi-fi range throughout the house. Strong signal and drop offs are a thing of the past. Speed is up. Easy, seamless set up. Been 90 days as of this writing and no problems. Was a little worried about getting a refurbished unit, but so far unfounded.

    ASUS RT-N66R Dual-Band Wireless-N900 Gigabit Router

    I bought this router as a backup for my Buffalo Router. Unless you know some magic tricks if I don't…Loading ddwrt is not easy. the software that comes with it, looks good. Plenty of advanced features that should fit most peoples needs. That's my two cents worth.

    ASUS RT-N66R routers are tha BOMB DIGGITY!!!!

    Paired with my ASUS RT-N66R (identical) upstairs, this router in the living room downstairs on the second floor secures 300mbps connectivity throught the property!!! Not only at 150 feet at the mailbox... but down the street up to 4 houses away!!!!
