    Steve was very easy to work with and the CD came in a timely manner. I wasn't thinking that I only had one old laptop that had a CD drive, and it wouldn't work for me. The package contained a very nice note to request a downloadable file if needed, and he quickly replied with the link. The zip file contains a LOT of relatable user manuals, many that I did not need, and the original owners manual is pretty light in content, but it was a good experience with a very good seller.
