They definitely have some of the higher quality refurbished printer products on the used market. One thing I really like is they take the time to safely package their items, which is a huge deal considering how rough shipping lanes can be. Products are always very clean as well. Every now and then there is a hiccup on a possible defect but they have always helped me find a resolution.

Unfortunately during shipment a corner piece had broken off on paper feed # 1 in front lower corner of printer, as well as guides on sides of feed tray were broken too.
