      Waited and waited for item to ship. Contacted seller after two weeks, she assured me that she would ship the item that evening. Sent a tracking number, but never took the item to be shipped out. When I reached out again she never responded and then several days later, refunded my item. HORRIBLE SELLER. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Buyer beware. I should have read all the feedback before (attempting) to purchase. Now I won't have the cooler for my event this weekend. WHAT A PAIN.

      How can I give feedback on a purchase when I didn't receive the product?
