This is truly one amazing product. I have been taking it for over a year now and without taking statin drugs, my triglycerides, and LDL numbers have fallen dramatically. My HDL number has increased quite a bit. The last complete blood test I had in February of this year showed that my blood glucose level is at the lowest level it has been in over 25 years! None of the numbers for all the tests run were marked as 'to be discussed' with my doctor, because they were all in the correct ranges. This is the only supplement I have changed, as far as starting to take it during this last year, so it must be having a beneficial effect on me! I love this product. I have arthritis of the knee and was it got so bad my knee wa swollen, I could not bend my leg and could barely walk without a cane. I have been taking these supplements for about 5 months now and my leg is so much better. The swelling has gone the aches are at a minimal depending on my activities of the day, and I don't use a cane anymore!
