I’ve had several Fitbits never any one this ever happened to . Guess I will return unless you can let me know what to do . Please respond back .

Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.
