Very Good
I like the looks and the protection in the corners is great. At first I thought it was not grippy enough but now I like the feel; it's just about right. The wrap around lip is a required feature for me and it works but is also the only problem. I had a Belkin case that was similar for my last phone and it was really hard to get the phone out of the case because the wrap around lip was really stretched tight around the phone. In contrast this one is easy to get the phone out of; in fact a corner of the phone pops out of the case often while it is in my pocket.
