Well, I don't believe that's true, but either way, she stated it is a problem and yet she isn't worried about delays in her handling time? That's on her if it is true. Album played OK, but was over graded as condition was VG at best. Item was packaged using repurposed cardboard with minimal protection and fortunately arrived without further damage. Leaving positive feedback because the album is an OK copy for the price paid.
