    Great doorbell for Alarm com

    If you have Alarm com this is a good buy. It’s works way better than the Skybell which is the only other bell you can hook up to Alarm.com. The only draw back is you have to activate video analytics which is an extra monthly charge in order to add it to your account however with the analytics you get way more video storage something like 3,000 clips and way less false detections. The only false detections I get now are detections of my red mailbox flag. It occasionally detects it as a person.

    Missing neccary parts

    No power accessories. It only has the camera and some mounting accessories to tilt the camera. I have no idea if it works or not and cant use it because it didn't come with everything.

    Good doorbell cam if your provider supports it

    The image quality is great and call quality is clear. Speak to your home monitoring company before purchasing because not all support the built-in MicroSD card (they ALL should as it would allow the owner to record and store their own video instead of depending on the provider for storage).
